This article will show you how to access Public Folders within the Outlook Web App 2013

1. Log into OWA 2013.

2. Right click on Favorites in the left column.

3.  Select Add Public Folder.

4. Select the folder you want to add. Please note: Public folders can only be added one at a time.

5. Click Add. Folder will now appear in the Favorites menu in OWA.
