The following article illustrates how to enable the Acronis Service and transition an existing Acronis tenant.


  1. Navigate to https://platform.cloudplusservice.com and sign in using your Reseller Administrator or Customer Administrator credentials.
  2. Navigate to the desired account, and then click on the Product Catalog in the left-hand navigation menu.
  3. When The Catalog loads, you will have a list of services you can activate. Click on the toggle in the Acronis vendor band to activate the service.
  4. You will be redirected to the My Services page. Click on the Acronis vendor band to proceed.
  5. Click the I'm Transitioning an Existing Acronis Account button
  6. Enter your Acronis Tenant ID, and click the Continue button.
    • The Acronis Tenant ID is a 36-digit ID. It can be obtained by logging into your Acronis Management Console and clicking your company name in the top-left corner. The Tenant ID will be nested in the Management Console URL following the "group_id=" tag:
  7. Click Confirm to proceed with the transition.
  8. The Acronis vendor banner in the My Services page will show a status of Transition in Progress while the account is verified.
  9. Once the transition is complete, the vendor band in the My Services page show a status of Setup Complete and will show the Free Trial expiration date.

  10. Clicking on the Acronis vendor band in the My Services page will allow you to adjust your Commitment Level as needed, and will show any Monthly Usage Reports.
