The following article provides the process for enabling the BitTitan service in the Commerce Platform, and for purchasing new licenses and activating them in the MigrationWiz portal for use.


  1. Navigate to https://platform.cloudplusservice.com and sign in using your Reseller Administrator or Customer Administrator credentials.
  2. Navigate to the desired account, and then click on the Product Catalog in the left-hand navigation menu.
  3. When The Catalog loads, you will have a list of services you can activate. Click on the toggle in the BitTitan - MigrationWiz vendor band.
  4. You will be redirected to the My Services page, and the BitTitan - MigrationWiz service will be ready to use.


Purchasing a MigrationWiz license


  1. In the My Services page, click on the BitTitan - MigrationWiz vendor band to expand it.
  2. Under the Buy Licenses tab, locate the migration product you would like to purchase. Enter the quantity of licenses needed, and then click the Add button.
  3. Once all product quantities have been added, verify the amount in the Order Summary section and click the Continue to purchase button to proceed.
  4. Verify your purchase, and then click the Confirm Order button to submit the purchase. The licenses will now be purchased from BitTitan.

Viewing Orders and Redeeming Licenses


  1. To view the BitTitan orders that have been placed, click on the View Order History tab under the BitTitan - MigrationWiz service page.
  2. The order history will be displayed with the most recent orders first.
  3. To redeem a license, copy the "Code" for the product to be redeemed.
  4. Navigate to https://www.bittitan.com/ and click the Sign In button.
  5. Log in with your BitTitan account. If you do not already have a BitTitan account, you can click the Register for free link to sign up.
  6. Once signed in, click your company name in the top-right corner, and select Redeem Coupon.
  7. Enter or paste the license code from the Commerce Platform, and then click the Apply button.
  8. Your MigrationWiz license is now registered in your BitTitan account and you are ready to proceed with your migration.
