Messages that have been quarantined my be accessed within the Reflexion Portal using the user credentials provided by your administrator..



Once logged in to the Reflexion portal at https://asp.reflexion.net/ the Quarantine can be accessed by clicking the Quarantine button at the top of the page, the Quarantine link in the left-hand menu, or clicking the View my quarantined messages link in the Quick Options for your domain box on the welcome screen.



The contents of any quarantined email may be reviewed by clicking on the Subject link for that email.


To manage an email in the Quarantine, click on the Select box for that email and then click on one of the following buttons:


  • Release - This option will release the quarantined email and deliver it to the user's mailbox.
  • Release & Allow - Upon clicking this button you will be provided an option for Address or Domain.  This will release the quarantined email and deliver it to the user's mailbox, and will whitelist the sender's email address or domain depending on which option was selected.
  • Delete - This option will remove the email from the quarantine without sending it to the user's mailbox.
  • Delete & Block - Upon clicking this button you will be provided an option for Address or Domain.  This will remove the email from the quarantine without sending it to the user's mailbox, and will blacklist the sender's email address or domain depending on which option was selected.


The Delete All Messages button will remove all messages in the quarantine without sending them to the users' mailboxes.


Please note once a message has been deleted from the Quarantine, it cannot be recovered and would need to be re-sent by the original sender.
