Are you having trouble running the New Profile Connector tool even after all third party anti-virus software have been disabled? The following steps will assist you in deleting your previous full exchange account and configuring your profile with our hosted services.
1. Delete everything in %userprofile%\appdata\local\microsoft\outlook
2. Delete everything in %userprofile%\appdata\roaming\microsoft\outlook
3. Delete %userprofile%\appdata\roaming\redirect.xml
4. Re-run the New Profile Connector Tool
