1. Open Outlook 2010.


2. Click the File tab.  



3. Click Info. 



4. Click Mange Rules & Alerts



5. This will open the "Rules and Alerts" window. Click New Rule...


 

6. This will open the "Rules Wizard". Complete your required options.




Note: You can also access this feature by clicking on Rules and then Manage Rules and Alerts from the "Home" tab.
