If your appointment times are incorrect, it may be caused by the regional settings not properly configured for your time zone. Review the following steps.

1. Log into Outlook Web App at https://mail.secureowaonline.com


2. In the upper right hand corner, click on Options See All Options


3. Select, Settings > Regional


4. From this screen you can change the current time zone you live in, preferred language and the time format of your Outlook Web App.
