Retention Policies let you control how long items in your mailbox will be saved before moving to your Personal Archive.

1. Log into Outlook Web App at

2. In the upper right hand corner click on the Options button.

3. Once the menu appears, Select See All Options.

4. Along the left side, click Organize E-Mail.

5. At the top of the page, click Retention Policies.

6. Under Retention Policies, Select Add.

7. Select which Retention Policy you wish to use from the list.
