A user who is granted Administrative Permissions has the same role as the Admin@domain.com. The only thing that they cannot do is change the Admin@domain.com password. To grant a user Admin Privileges, please follow the instructions below.

1. Log into the Administrative Control Panel at 

2. Under My Users, select User.

3. Click Edit User.

4. Click ON to grant administrative privileges (This is located under the user's Logon information). 

5. Select Submit Changes when finished.
