This article will show you how to create a new calendar to be used with your Zimbra Web Console.


1. Using a web browser, navigate to https://mail.zimbraservice.com and log into the desired mailbox. 



2. Select the Calendar tap.



3. Select the drop-down menu under New and choose Calendar.



4. The Create New Calendar options window will appear. Fill in the desired parameters for the new calendar. Click OK to complete your new calendar.


  • Name: {your choice}
  • Color: {your choice}
  • Exclude this calendar when reporting free/busy times: This will omit this calendars free / busy information for the reporting.
  • Synchronize appointments from remote calendar: If this is checked, you are able to synchronize published .ICS calendars to this Zimbra calendar.
