If you would like to use a third-party spam filter instead of one provided to you through Roaring Penguin, please contact our support team. You will need to provide the relay IP of your spam filter provider, which they will be able to provide you. Upon review and approval of the third-party filter provider, we will configure an exception in our firewall which will allow the filter provider to relay email to our servers.
