Users can customize their work week and hours worked schedule directly from the Zimbra Web Console.

1. Using a web browser, navigate to https://mail.zimbraservice.com and log into the desired mailbox. 



2. Select the Preferences tap.



3. Click on Calendar from the Preferences menu on the left side of the page.



4. Scroll down to the Work week and hours section and define the days and hours you work during your week.



5. Click Save.
