Having trouble opening the url once you have ran the Duplicate Detection? The following steps will assist you in resolution.

1. Go into settings.
2. Click Templates.
3. Open Email Templates.
4. Open "Duplicate Detection Task Completion Template".
5. Find line "To view and manage duplicates, do one of the following:".
6. Replace beginning of the line: "http://STS-001-SFO:3253" with "https://orgname.crmaccess.net" (orgname - is name of your CRM deployment).
