1. Using any browser, navigate to https://mail.secureowaonline.com and login with your mailbox credentials.
2. By right-clicking on the email you wish to view a report for, a new option menu will appear. Select Open Delivery Report.
3. The Delivery Report will contain the recorded information found in the Subject, From and To fields as well as the delivery status on when the message was Sent / Received. You may also e-mail this report by clicking on E-mail this report.
Please Note: Delivery reports may not be available for all emails. Additionally, a delivery report is only able to track messages within the Exchange network. Messages that are delivered to and from external domains will have limited report information.
