The Webroot SecureAnywhere (WSA) Management portal provides a central administrative console from which you can view and manage your EndPoint Protection settings and devices.  To set up your initial admin user for the WSA Management portal, please contact our Support Team to request the creation of your admin user.  Once the initial user has been created by our Support Team, the user will receive an email containing a link and temporary password to set up their user account.



To log into the WSA Management portal, use the following steps:


1. Using any browser, navigate to https://my.webrootanywhere.com/


2. Enter your Email address and Password at the Log In screen, and click the Log In button.


3a. If you have not set up Two-Factor Authentication (2FA), enter the requested characters from the Security Code you entered when setting up your user account and click the Log In button.  Different characters from the Security Code will be requested every time you log in.


3b. If you have set up Two-Factor Authentication for your account, enter the verification code from your Authenticator App and click the Confirm button


4. You will now be logged into the WSA Management console and ready to manage your Endpoint Protection settings and devices.
